The Flying Pirate Circus
1717 (Black Sam Bellamy)

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2013 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Pirate PaRRRty!

Travel with me to Golden Age of Pirates…

He was born in Old England was Sam Bellamy

He came to Cape Cod across the sea

To see the New World, to make a new start

Then he saw her face and he lost his heart

To win her hand he went sailin’ for gold

Southward to Florida, he was so bold

But havin’ no luck, he went on account

For Pirate Booty in any amount

CHORUS: These tales they tell-a-me of Black Sam Bellamy and 1717, hey-ho, 1717

His crew came from countries all over the world

But they had one cause when Roger unfurled

With John Julian – a Honduran Guide

From Wales, Thomas Davis – hammer held high

With Hendrick Quintor – African/Dutch

Of sailin’ and ships, he knew so much

From Antigua, John King – eleven years old

He left mama’s side for Pirates and gold

CHORUS

The crew had a vote and the Captain was fair

‘cause they signed the articles, all who were there

When in the Bahamas, they spied with their eyes

The galley the Whydah and she was a prize

She was a ship in the Triangle Trade

That transported people to sell them as slaves

They captured the Whydah and loot it was seized

But all those on board, they were released

CHORUS

Then back to New England for unfinished deeds

He drove the Whydah with most urgent speed

Her name was Maria and Sam loved her so

He longed to see her but naught did he know

That a wicked Nor’easter on April Two Six

Would take all but two, turn timber to sticks

He went down with the ship, Captain Sam Bellamy

Prince of the Pirates, Robin Hood of the Sea

CHORUS

Aweigh and a Hey!

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2010 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album “Give Me an RRR!”

Aweigh and a Hey!

And a Hey and a way up high – AYE AYE!

Aweigh and a Hey!

And a Hey and a way up high – AYE AYE!

With a wink and a blink

And an aye aye Captain aye – AYE AYE!

She’s the Queen

Of the green and deep blue sea – OO WEE!

She’s the Queen

Of the green and deep blue sea – OO WEE!

She’s a ship with a sail

And the tail wind sets her free – OO WEE!

With a crew of two

Me and you and you and I – OH MY!

With a crew of two

Me and you and you and I – OH MY!

The eagles and seagulls

In the sky go flyin’ by – OH MY!

Pirates desire it

And I desire it too – WOO HOO!

Pirates desire it

And I desire it too – WOO HOO!

Treasure beyond measure

And the pleasure of a friend so true – WOO HOO!

Repeat 1st VERSE

CHORUS: Bring back Calico Jack

Bring back that Bucko we plead – indeed!

Bring back Calico Jack

With Anne Bonny and Mary Read

Anne Bonny sailed out for adventure

Anne Bonny sailed to be free

Anne Bonny sailed for buried treasure

With Jack Rackham and Mary Read

CHORUS

Anne Bonny sailed into the sunset

Anne Bonny sailed bearing a dream

Anne Bonny to be a legend

With Jack Rackham and Mary Read

Better believe it me biters of barnacle biscuits…

By Gosh!

Black Snake Tale

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

CHORUS: The ship Black Snake it sailed the lake, smuggling its cargo

And three did die because the Fly defended the embargo

President Thomas Jefferson said don’t trade with the French

The same goes for the British, not even a percent

But ships of trade they travelled on the Hudson and Champlain

With goods for France and Britain – so much to lose and gain

CHORUS

The Snake it slithered through the night to Canada and back

While the crew aboard the Fly were trying to keep track

CHORUS

Dean and Mudgett beached the Snake and slid into the forest

Farrington’s men followed them much to their remorse

The Smugglers’ Wall Gun fired fifteen balls of lead

Ormsby, Marsh, and Drake were filled with more than dread

CHORUS

Cyrus Dean he had a trial, the court it had its say

Ten thousand came to Burlington on his Judgement Day

CHORUS

Some they call them outlaws, smugglers, thieves and pirates

Others call them heroes, it’s you who must decide it

CHORUS

BLACK SNAKE!

Buccaneer Bells

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2013 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Pirate PaRRRty!

I woke up this morning and what did I see

A chest full of treasure under the tree

Maybe there’s some for me mateys

Maybe there’s some for me

Buccaneer Bells are ringing

Ding, ding, ding, dong (ding, ding, ding, dong)

The Captain and crew, they are singing

Sing, sing a song (sing, sing a song)

A bounty booty they’re bringing

Bring it along

I went to the table and I took a seat

Tankards with drinks and treats there to eat

Save room for some of the sweet things

Save room for someone who’s sweet

Buccaneer Bells are ringing

Ding, ding, ding, dong (ding, ding, ding, dong)

The Captain and crew, they are singing

Sing, sing a song (sing, sing a song)

A bounty booty they’re bringing

Bring it along

I walked down the lane under moonbeams

The town was a-glow with lights all a-gleam

Don’t wake me up if I’m dreaming

Don’t wake me up from this dream

Buccaneer Bells are ringing

Ding, ding, ding, dong (ding, ding, ding, dong)

The Captain and crew, they are singing

Sing, sing a song (sing, sing a song)

A bounty booty they’re bringing

Bring it along

Buccaneer Bells are ringing

Bones of Jonesy Davy

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2010 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album “Give Me an RRR!”

A terrible notion, the ocean in motion

It can be quite wild and wavy

Hope we don’t dock ‘er, down in that locker

With the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Oh, the Bones of Jonesy Davy

They fed the whole crew some swordfish stew

And a pail of whale tail gravy

Feeling much sicker, sending us quicker

To the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Oh, the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Pirates, Privateers, and Buccaneers

Whose business is so shady

They’ll receive their reward when they are moored

Near the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Oh, the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Ghosts off the coast float in their boats

Making us scared and crazy

Rainclouds will storm, a monster will form

From with the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Oh, the Bones of Jonesy Davy

There’s no returning from this haunted journey

Not fit for gent or lady

Sailors are drunken, treasure is sunken (sunken, sunken)

Like the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Oh, the Bones of Jonesy Davy

Blackbeard's Blues

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

This might be slightly fanciful…

He was young and he was bored in a seaport town

He was young and he was bored, feeling oh so down

With nothing left to lose but a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Joined the Royal Navy, they said Britannia Rules

Joined the Royal Navy but they treated him cruel

It was not a pleasure cruise but a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Met some Buccaneers in the Caribbean

Met some Buccaneers – said they were glad to see ‘im

But it was all a ruse and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

He became the captain of a Pirate Ship

He became the captain but he lost his grip

Served turtle stew and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Lit his beard on fire like a demon’s son

Lit his beard on fire then he fired his gun

He was a burning fuse with a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Made a blockade ‘round Charleston way

Made a blockade to get the medicine they say

To cure the scurvy and the flu and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Finally met his end off of Ocracoke

Finally met his end amid the blood and smoke

With his life he paid his dues now there’s no more Blackbeard’s Blues

Thirteen year old Ben Franklin wrote:

“It’s better to swim in the sea below

Than swing in the air and feed the crow

Says jolly Ned Teach of Bristol”

Blackbeard's Blues (beachside)

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

He was young and he was bored in a seaport town (he didn’t’ have a crown)

He was young and he was bored, feeling oh so down (dooby-doo-down-down)

With nothing left to lose but a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Joined the Royal Navy, they said Britannia Rules (and the Union Jack is cool)

Joined the Royal Navy but they treated him cruel (Don’t Be Cruel to a heat that’s true)

It was not a pleasure cruise but a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

CHORUS: Blackbeard’s Blues – feeling bruised

Blackbeard’s Blues – used and abused

When Pirates get bad news it’s a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Met some Buccaneers in the Caribbean (and they went water skiin’)

Met some Buccaneers – said they were glad to see ‘im (took ‘im to a Pirate Museum)

But it was all a ruse and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

He became the captain of a Pirate Ship (he sunk my Battleship)

He became the captain but he lost his grip (with a slip and a slide on the slip)

Served turtle stew and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

CHORUS

Lit his beard on fire like a demon’s son (fee-fi-fo-fum)

Lit his beard on fire then he fired his gun (see how they run)

He was s burning fuse with a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

Made a blockade ‘round Charleston way (to pad his resume)

Made a blockade to get the medicine they say (and the Phd’s OK)

To cure the scurvy and the flu and a case of Blackbeard’s Blues

CHORUS

Finally met his end off of Ocracoke (was that some kind of joke)

Finally met his end amid the blood and smoke (“That’s All Folks!”)

With his life he paid his dues now there’s no more Blackbeard’s Blues

Do you know your way around a ship?

First face in just the same direction as me…

Then we pull a pirate stunt

Turn to the stern – that’s the back

Then salute Captain Jack

Bow to the bow like before

Now it’s time for some more

Slide to the portside – that’s the left

Then back to the middle – take a step

Toward the starboard – that’s the right

Then haul the line with all yer might

Heave away, haul away

Heave away, haul away

Bow to the bow – that’s the front

Then we pull a pirate stunt

Turn to the stern – that’s the back

Then salute Captain Jack

Bow to the bow like before

Now it’s time for some more

The mast goes up and down

The yardarm goes across

We watch the sun and stars

To keep from getting lost

Slide to the portside – that’s the left

Then back to the middle – take a step

Toward the starboard – that’s the right

Then haul the line with all yer might

Heave away, haul away

Heave away, haul away

Then salute Captain Jack

Cranky Pirate

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter, additional lyrics by Daniel Snow © 2010 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album “Give Me an RRR!”

He’s so sick of Friendly Pirate Songs

He thinks he’s gonna cry

He gets so very angry

And here’s the reason why

He’s the Cranky Pirate, he’s got an attitude

He’s the Cranky Pirate – a naught nasty dude

He’s not a Friendly Pirate

But the kind from scary books

With a leg like Long John Silver’s

And a hand like Captain Hook’s

He’s the Cranky Pirate, he’s got an attitude

He’s the Cranky Pirate – a naught nasty dude

He never cleans his cabin

He doesn’t swab the deck

When he’s at the wheel

The ship get in a wreck… SHIPWRECK!

He’s the Crank Pirate, he’s got an attitude

He’s the Crank Pirate – a naught nasty dude

He likes to slingshot seagulls

Makes mermaids wanna hide

Puts dolphins on a dog leash

Keeps parrots tongue-tied

Cranky Pirates are more fun

Than Friendly Pirates… RRR

But the crew just stays away

And pays him no regard

He’s the Cranky Pirate, he’s got an attitude

He’s the Cranky Pirate – a naught nasty dude

Captains' Shanty

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2021 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Captains and Sea Monsters

I’ll sing a shanty for you, my crew

And I’ll sing a shanty for me

Oh, I’ll sing a shanty for you, my crew

And I’ll sing a shanty for me

We will set sail on the sea, oo-wee

Then make our the way back to the bay, hey

I’ll sing a shanty for you, my crew

And I’ll sing a shanty for me

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2013 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Pirate PaRRRty!

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, sailing on the sea

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, Dad’s alright by me

He dresses like a Buccaneer but without weaponry

He deals with everyone on board with only honesty

His treasure chests are watertight, they are not leaky

He sells expensive treasure locks but throws in a free key

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, sailing on the sea

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, Dad’s alright by me

He makes me drink up all my juice for its vitamin C

He says it’ll keep me healthy, so I won’t get scurvy

And he shows me the ropes, tests my abilities

He can be so serious but also so silly

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, sailing on the sea

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, Dad’s alright by me

But he won’t ask for directions when he’s lost at sea

He sails around in circles and that makes mom crazy

Renaldo Ulysses (The Free-key Pirate)

And he takes lots of business trips, often to Bali

But he brings me many trinkets and a bird Polly

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, sailing on the sea

Dad’s alright, he’s a Pirate, Dad’s alright by me

Dad’s alright by me

Dad’s alright by me

Dad is a Pirate… alright!

Dark and Stormy Night

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2021 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Captains and Sea Monsters

“Twas a Dark and Stormy, Forty Pirates gathered ‘round.

The Captain said to the Mate “tell me a story”, and the Mate said… “

Twas a Dark and Stormy Night
Forty Pirates gathered ‘round
Dark and Stormy Night
Thunder starts to sound
When lightning strikes
They jump in fright
On a Dark and Stormy, Dark and Stormy

Dark and Stormy Night

Dark and Stormy Night
The Captain calls out for ale
Dark and Stormy Night
And he calls out for a tale
The story of a beast
The ocean released
On a Dark and Stormy, Dark and Stormy

Dark and Stormy Night

Dark and Stormy Night
Waves crash on the deck
Dark and Stormy Night
Wonderin’ if the ship will wreck

The timbers will quake
They’ll shiver and shake
On a Dark and Stormy, Dark and Stormy

Dark and Stormy Night

Dark and Stormy Night

Forty Pirates floating there
Dark and Stormy Night

Then they vanish in thin air
A crew of ghosts

Have been your hosts
On a Dark and Stormy, Dark and Stormy

Dark and Stormy Night

Eight Pieces of Eight

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

A piece of eight was common money on the Spanish Main

Made up of eight reales, that’s easy to explain

Doubloons and all the other coins were counted out in eight

So let’s have fun before we’re done and play about with eight (figure eights)

Two times four is eight, two times eight – sixteen

It’s sixty four we calculate with eight pieces of eight

An octagon has eight sides

An octave has eight notes

An octopus has eight arms

And a monster ate the boats (*E-I-Gug-Hash-Tut*)

Two times four is eight, two times eight – sixteen

It’s sixty four we calculate with eight pieces of eight

The Beatles sang Eight Days a Week

That extra day is great

Like the Seven Seas plus one

We can sum it up as eight (yeah, yeah, yeah)

Two times four is eight, two times eight – sixteen

It’s sixty four we calculate with eight pieces of eight (888 – in Dutch)

Eight pieces of eight, a jolly good amount

That’s sixty four reales according to our count

That’s the rate they pay for pirates hereabout (Crazy Eights with Henry the VIII)

Two times four is eight, two times eight – sixteen

It’s sixty four we calculate with eight pieces of eight

A stop sign… has eight sides

A major scale… eight notes

A cephalopod mollusk has eight arms

And a monster ate the boats (88 keys)

Two times four is eight, two times eight – sixteen

It’s sixty four we calculate with eight pieces of eight

Eight pieces of eight (Spanish)

Eight pieces of eight (French)

Eight pieces of eight (Italian)

Eight pieces of eight (Hawaiian)

Eight pieces of eight (Greek)

Eight pieces of eight (Dutch/German)

Eight pieces of eight (Czech)

Eight pieces of eight (Cantonese Chinese)

Flotsam and Jetsam

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

Flotsam and Jetsam – they used to be at sea

Once they were a mighty ship

Planks and boards and beams

But then they went a-breaking

Apart at the seams

CHORUS: Flotsam is such a wreck

Jetsam’s all washed up

They used to be at sea

But now they’re on the shore

No, nay, never, they’ll never sail no more

Cannonballs from Pirate Ships

Smashed and shivered timbers

Out they went with a bang

And not some skimpy whimper

CHORUS

They danced upon the rocks

They surfed upon the waves

This went on forever

Or for a few days… in haze… quite crazed… CRAZED!

CHORUS

No, nay, never, they’ll never sail no more

No, nay, never… NO MORE!

Flying Pirate Circus (Spoken)

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

Billowing sails and banners on rails

Barrels and boxes and upside down pails

Me mates take a seat, you’re in for a treat

“Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Pirates, Princesses,

Barnacle Bayleaf and Rockin’ Ron the Friendly Pirate (that’s Yours Truly) present… “

CHORUS: The Flying Pirate Circus out on the Salty Sea

The Flying Pirate Circus – a sight for all to see

The cook becomes a silly clown

He wears a pot upon his crown

He plays a tune upon his spoons

Pretends a bowl is a balloon

With his hand he lifts a weight

While on his hook he lifts a plate

CHORUS

There’s a show beside the ship

Through hoops and loops the dolphins flip

Seals they splash and ring the bells

The octopus is juggling shells

And from a fishy fairytale

It’s a ballerina whale

CHORUS

Pirates swing and risk their necks

From mast to mast above the decks

With naught below but fishing nets

They crew they wait and make their bets

Just who will fly and who will flop

And who will do a mid-air stop

Twist and twirl and turn and drop

Then bounce back to the tippy top

CHORUS

For you, your crew, and me

Fine. The End

FP Rap (F-R-I-E-N-D-L-Y)

Music by Max Shaw, Music and Lyrics by Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2016 Ronald Roy Carter / RRR Carter / RRR Sea Music

From the album The Flying Pirate Circus

It’s F to the R to the I

To the E-N-D-L-Y

I’m the Friendly Pirate you can call me FP

I’m the MC of the Seven C’s

I talk like a pirate on 9-19 (September 19th)

And every other day in between

I don’t have a sword and I don’t have a knife

I roll like a pirate but I roll real nice

Got me a crew of family and friends

Who go so deep they give me the bends

April’s a month and the Very First Matey

She’s once, twice, three times a Lady

My sister Pearl, she’s a Princess

She’s got purple pearls and a purple dress

My Dad’s Renaldo, he’s quite freaky

He lights it up with a torch of tiki

Captain Feathersword, Captain Crunch

Hangin’ with them breakfast, lunch

It’s F to the R to the I

To the E-N-D-L-Y

We’re kickin’ it wicked in Boston Town

Me hearties Tea Party they like to throw down

Getting’ so silly with friends in Philly

My pals Sally Star and Barnacle Billy

Plannin’ to land in the land of San Fran

What the heck, off the deck, on your feet and jam

Sailin’ the world to every port

From Istanbul to old New York

To Santiago – chillin’ Chile

They call it Sanhattan – que pasa que

Findin’ the limes in Lima, Peru

Good for the scurvy and the pirate flu

To the fly Samurai in To-kay-o

Yo ho ho, arigato

I’m the Friendly Pirate – Rockin’ Ron

I get my beats from Kazakhstan

Heave matey, ho matey, tote that barge

LISTO, LISTO, livin’ real large

Park the car in Harvard Yard

From Argentina to Zanzibar

One for the money and two for the show

Three for the booty and four for the gold

Then Silver Long Johns steps on board

Wonder where that stowaway stored

Put your peg leg in, your peg leg out

My mama said knock you out

Diggin’ the riggin’ on my pirate ship

Flip the script, get a grip ‘cause we’re gonna let ‘er rip

All up in the wheel house steerin’ this boat

I scream, you scream, ROOT BEER FLOAT

Speech, Vanilla, Guru, Premier

Met them all in the old school years

Peeps on the shore shout ahoy

Crew on board shoutin’ BOY

To the crazy racist, Friendly Pirate Hater

You’re gonna walk the plank – see ya later gator!

It’s F to the R to the I

To the E-N-D-L-Y

(Pirates on board go RRR!)

FP Rap (Pirates on Board Go RRR!)

Trad. music. Lyrics by Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2010 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album “Give Me an RRR!”

Avast ye sad-faced sea raiders and bad boy buccaneers

If you don’t know the time, you better get a watch

‘cause I’m comin’ at ya from Smugglers’ Notch… 8-0-2

I’m the Friendly Pirate you can call me FP

I’m the MC of the Seven C’s

I talk like a pirate on 9-19 (September 19th)

And every other day in between

I don’t have a sword and I don’t have a knife

I roll like a pirate but I roll real nice

Got me a crew of family and friends

Who go so deep they give me the bends

April’s a month and the Very First Matey

She’s once, twice, three times a Lady

My sister Pearl, she’s a Princess

She’s got purple pearls and a purple dress

My dad’s Renaldo, he’s quite freaky

Lights it up with a torch of tiki

Merhaba baba, swabba-swabba-swabba

Gabba-gabba-hey, gabba-hey, gabba-gabba

Captain Feathersword, Captain Crunch

Hangin’ with them breakfast, lunch

Got send a send a shout out to my man Johnny Depp

Rollin’ the Stones, strollin’ the deck

He sees Kiera Knightly and twice a day

Like a sparrow and a swan, they fly away

Heave matey, ho matey, tote that barge – pirates on board go RRR!

Two by two but this aint no ark – pirates on board go RRR!

A game of Go Fish with card sharks – pirates on board go RRR!

But the deck is stacked from the start – pirates on board go RRR!

I’m the King of Hearts but call me Czar – pirates on board go RRR!

Swash the buckle

Pirata Amigable, Dostum Pirat, we’ll hook you up

Gotta lot of knots and 20,000 leagues

Gotta sloop and group full of pirate freaks

We’re kickin’ it wicked in Boston Town

Me hearties Tea Party they like to throw down

Getting’ so silly with friends in Philly

My pal Sally Star and Barnacle Billy

Plannin’ to land in the land of San Fran

What the heck, off the deck, on your feet and jam

Sailin’ the world to every port

From Istanbul to old New York

To Santiago – chillin’ Chile

They call it Sanhattan – que pasa que

Findin’ the limes in Lima, Peru

Good for the scurvy and the pirate flu

To the fly Samurai in To-kay-o

Yo ho ho, arigato

I’m the Friendly Pirate aka Rockin’ Ron

I get my beats from Kazakhstan

LISTO-LISTO, livin’ real large – pirates on board go RRR!

Ayoba-yoba, you’re in charge – pirates on board go RRR!

Park the car in Harvard Yard – pirates on board go RRR!

From Argentina to Zanzibar – pirates on board go RRR!

To the moon and sun and starfish star – pirates on board go RRR!

Fifteen men on a dead man’s chest

Droppin’ my anchor like… beats in my rap

It’s one for the money and two for the show

Three for the booty and four for the gold

Then Silver Long Johns steps on board

Wonder where that stowaway stored

Put your peg leg in, your peg leg out

My mama said knock you out

Now check out my style and pirate steez

I’m the blingin’ bucko on the Seven C’s

Diggin’ the riggin’ on my pirate ship

Flip the script, get a grip ‘cause we’re gonna let ‘er rip

All up in the wheel house steerin’ this boat

I scream, you scream, ROOT BEER FLOAT

Speech, Vanilla, Guru, Premier

Met them all in the old school years

Peeps on the shore shout ahoy

Crew on board shoutin’ BOY

To the crazy racist, Friendly Pirate Hater

You’re gonna walk the plank – see ya later gator!

RRR – pirates on board go RRR

Pirates on board go RRR, pirates on board go RRR, RRR

RRR – pirates on board go RRR

It’s F to the R to the I to the E-N-D-L-Y

Pirates on board go RRR, pirates on board go RRR

It’s time for me to fly, I’m all around the sky

Friend Ship

By Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2010 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album “Give Me an RRR!”

We have a Friend Ship – a happy ship with our friends

As we go sailing – I hope this friendship never ends

Friends are crew to help you through

And friends are near to lend a hand or lend an ear

We have a Friend Ship – a happy ship with our friends

As we go sailing – I hope this friendship never ends

Friends will be with you at sea

And friends will stay – all through the night and through the day

We have a Friend Ship

We have a friendship you and I

A happy ship with our friends

a happy ship from bow to stern

As we go sailing

We’ll sail the Seven Seas

I hope this friendship never ends

I hope this friendship never EVER ends!

We have a Friend Ship – a happy ship with our friends

As we go sailing – I hope this friendship never ends

Friendly Pirate Had a Ship (Parody)

Trad. Music. Parody Lyrics by Ronald Roy Carter aka RRR Carter © 2019 Ronald Roy Carter, RRR Carter, RRR Sea Music

From the album Talk Like a Pirate

Friendly Pirate Had a Ship

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

And ‘round that ship there was a Shark

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

With a chomp, chomp here

And a chomp, chomp there

Here a chomp, there a chomp

Everywhere a chomp, chomp

“Seymour Shark, Shark in the Dark “

Friendly Pirate Had a Ship

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

And ‘round that ship – a Rock Lobster

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

With a rock here

And a rock there

Here a rock, there a rock

Everywhere a rock… a rock…

“Roxy the Rock Lobster!”

Friendly Pirate Had a Ship

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

And ‘round that ship – an Octopus

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

With two arms here

And two arms there

Here two arms, there two arms

Adding up to eight arms

“Ollie-Ollie Octopus“

Friendly Pirate Had a Ship

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho (BIG finish)

Yo-ho, ho-ho, ho

YO-HO, HO-HO-HO, YO-HO!
